My Top 10 Prostate Health Superfoods (Part 1)

Quick notes:

Update 1/20/2024: I try to keep my articles updated. Make sure you also look into a Prostate Health and Prostate cancer fighting superfood, Turkey Tail Mushrooms. Might be the best Prostate Cancer fighter available in the USA.

There is also a  Prostate Health Superfoods (Part 2), because of additional research and dietary additions or Prostate Health over the past couple of years……

…also, remember these are not “magic bullets”, in that, it is not about eating a handful of berries and healing cancer. There are an arsenal of preventative care nutrients that your allow your body’s immune system to fight disease.

UPDATE 3/11/2024!!! additional Cancer fighting foods in and info

1. Spirulina: This superfood can easily be taken in tablet or powder form. I run across  A LOT of evidence and documentation that this superfoods fights cancer head on. For example Catharine Arnston, the owner of the company that make Energy Bits Spirulina, said she was told by doctors that “spirulina prevents the growth of blood vessels to tumors and cancers. It’s called antiangiogenesis. The angiogenesis process is when your body is building new blood vessels, and tumors basically hijack those blood vessels to feed themselves. Well, the blue pigment, again, for whatever reason, stops that process”. You can check out the text from the podcast where she makes this comment here A scientific paper on Spirulina and Tumors can be found here.

2. Carb Reduction: I have run across several seemingly reliable and valid testimonies where people helped others heal brain tumors by reducing, and/or cutting out carbs. Most often they have their loved one go into the Keto eating plan, where carbs are very very minimal, such as 20 carbs a day. Basically with Keto, you eat a lot more healthy fats than carbs and protein, and train the brain and body to burn fat for energy, as opposed to the body creating sugars from carbs, which feeds cancer cells. I’m not so sure if you have to go all the way into Keto, or simply lower your carbs (I tried Keto, and it gave me severe constipation, as my body had trouble adjusting to processing all the fat and so little carbs, which I think my body wasn’t ready for, carb reduction for me should be gradual), but I’m sure there is something to the concept of less carbs means less sugars getting to cancer cells, thus starving cancer cells out. Two women I ran across who said they helped their mothers get rid of tumors via carb reduction are Keto Guru Stephanie Person, whose mother had a brain tumor, was given 6 months to live but now is over 7 years cancer free and Dr. Annette Bosworth, who says after her mother’s cancer kept coming back and she couldn’t take any more chemo, Annette told her mother after her mother asked “what would you do if you were me”, Annette said “go home and get rig of carbs from your diet”. Her mother was if I’m correct cancer free for 4-5 years until dying of COVID. Also, Katrina Foe, read more about her in the next bullet point.

3. Testing to find the root cause of your cancer: If I can make personal opinion comment, modern medicine and doctors seem to take a Medieval and seemingly “barbaric” approach to addressing cancer. They never look into root causes, most of their process is about dealing with resulting symptoms, via Chemotherapy, or cutting out or cutting off the offending body part. There’s gotta be a better way, otherwise, we might as well be back in Medieval times, where doctors got into bloodletting and leeches to fight disease. Anyway, Katrina Foe, who says she got rid of here cancer via Keto diet, wanted to go a step further to help others. Katrina wanted to develop  system of testing so on can find the root cause of the cancer and properly address it. In Katrina’s case, she said she was doing everything right in her life, organic foods, making her own cleansing products, and so on, but still got breast cancer. After getting proper testing, seemingly outside the scope of what institutionalized medicine will do, she found the root of her cancer to be mold that she didn’t know about in her farmhouse. You can get more into Katrina’s story or even call her for a consultation, but she says she addressed the mold contamination via a detox process and other non invasive means including Keto diet. She made the note in a podcast that “One Day, I noticed the tumor was gone”. If I’m correct part her company’s testing process includes sending blood work all the way over to Greece, where they are one of the few if the only labs in the word that does a certain type of cancer blood testing that isolated exactly what type of cancer irregularities are in the body, and subsequently, what type of detox and such can address that specific issue. Although Katrina’s process is not cheap, I think the detailed blood testing and everything else that it entails can be $15,000, it could be well worth it for many. Katrina has free phone consultations for anyone inquiring about their process. The link to one of her webpages is here.

4. Environmental Toxins: This issue is the “wild card” in all this, because, as I mentioned in Katrina Foe’s story above, she was doing everything right, like living out in the country and eating healthy farm raised foods and such, but she was a victim of mold in their farmhouse. So, one can conclude that environmental toxins are lurking everywhere, from our water, to our non-stick skillets, to our hand soap, and its probably impossible to avoid them all. I think that where we all have to get more astute in how detox the body, and do whatever we can about less toxins coming into the body, and realize that if something still happens, there are some people who have broken ranks with Money Driven Medicine and the Pharmaceutical Industry, and found ways to beat their cancer.

Greetings! I found your site about 4 years ago when a loved one was diagnosed with prostate cancer. Now I have another one with the same diagnosis. Your information was very helpful. I’ve come back to the site, but am getting frustrated with the new article format of the text being very SMALL and in photo/info format because of the font and the small size of the text. Would you PLEASE go back to text articles. I am so frustrated and my eyes are hurting right now. I’m just trying to get helpful information for the men in my life.

Thanks a bunch!
Blessings,
Ebony,

Hi “Inspired by Ebony Love”

My apologies for your difficulty reading the article. Those “Top Ten Lists” articles that are in that format are older articles, before I was making posts that are “Mobile Friendly” and I can understand they can be very hard to read, depending on your monitor or cellphone. That’s why I don’t do any more articles in that format.

You’re also right in that the text is embedded into the slide/photo and unfortunately you can’t “cut-and-paste” the text. Looking back, i admit that was not be best way to design an article.

If you are on a cellphone, that article can be very hard to read, because it was designed before my site was mobile friendly and thus wasn’t designed to be viewed on a cellphone. If you are on a standard monitor, you can try holding down the “Ctrl” key and use the “+” and “-” keys to make the display larger on the screen to help get a better view. (You can also hold down the “Ctrl” key and your mouse wheel if you have a desktop mouse with a scroll wheel between the left and right mouse buttons, to increase the size of the display).

Nonetheless, I’m sorry to hear about the men with the prostate ailments, getting you the information is what is the most important thing now. that being said, try the above suggestions above, and if you are still having trouble or only able to look at the site via cellphone, then I can make you some screenshots of the pages enlarged and email them to you, so at least you will be able to read the information.

Regards,

Doug Wallace at GAIA Health Blog
