Fifteen Creative, 5-Ingredient Smoothies….

…that you can "gradually" add other superfoods to, to create you own healthy/tasty smoothie!!!

I keep saying over and over on this site, seldom do I tell readers specifically what to eat or do……

…but, to really get into healthy eating, YOU GOTTA GET INTO DAILY SMOOTHIES!!!

With these fifteen smoothies requiring only 5 ingredients, no doubt you'll find one or two that your taste buds love…

….and from there, you can gradually experiment with additional superfoods, tweaking the formula and taste as you go.

And so far as superfoods to gradually add in, there are soooooo many, like super healthy superfoods
Baobab Powder,    Moringa Powder,    Maqui Berry powder…..

…and so many others!!! Looking over at my counter, I count 16 separate powders in glass containers, I have to bring some in on alternate days!!!

…and here is my recipe for my own daily smoothie, in case you are wondering how I do mine.

But let your smoothie evolve uniquely to you, it's like a fun game to get that taste just right, once you get it on point, you smoothie will be addictive….

… your body will actually get mad at you when you miss a day without your smoothie.

My favorite piece of advice to make your smoothies "to die for" ? Dice up some organic ripe bananas (ripe bananas get nice and sweet), and freeze them……

…and blend the frozen banana into your smoothie. You'll have a frothy, healthy, "milk-shaky" (if that's a word) smoothie treat!!!

..and you'll probably forget, because it tastes so good, that you are pumping health and healing nutrients into your body everyday…..with no effort!!!
