My standing mantra when it comes to dream homes is "It would take me a thousand lifetimes, in a thousand different homes, in a thousand places, to experience all my dream home visions".
Unfortunately, we only live once, so for my one and only real life Caribbean Villa, I will have to go with my modern male macho, ultra sleek, ultra posh, ultra bla-bla-bla design.
But in the off chance there are parallel universes and reincarnations, and we get to keep doing this game of live over and over, I'll keep a few slots open in those thousand homes, thousand lifetime visions, for that quaint, laid back, rustic but clean, Caribbean crib…
…like this one down in St. Barts in the French West Indies ……yep 🙂

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": Not a bad recipe I ran across when using organic ingredients and pasture raised/free range eggs, and using Pink Himalayan Salt. Not to be nit-picky, but I would coconut milk instead of Almond Milk.

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": Love the recipe above because you can do "as is" with organic organic ingredients, and create a Caribbean variation with mango, guava, or whatever else you like. For below, I prefer coconut milk over almond milk, and stick with real maple syrup.

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": I'm really impressed with the mango bread recipe. With organic ingredients, it is 5 Star healthy as is. One of few recipes I run across that uses with healthy Coconut Palm Sugar. For recipe below, swap in Coconut Palm Sugar and Pink Himalayan Salt, plus grass fed real butter, and you're good to go!!!

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": For above, I can no doubt come up with a Caribbean Style, 7th way. Also, I've learned gluten issues may actually be glyphosate pesticide reactions to what they spray on non organic wheat. For below, if you don't wanna do the Chorizo, try Whole Foods Turkey Sausage, they really have some quality VERY tasty variations

Atlantic Starr: "Love Me Down"
By far my most played song of my life, finally slipped it into my blog!! If my college roommate comes into this post, he's gonna a be traumatized, because I played that song to death back in college. And to Sharon Bryant, lead singer of Atlantic Starr, I'm still in love with you baby, 34 years later, Call me Sharon, I wanna "Love You Down" St. Barts!!!
