"My sleepy friend I always want to spend Sunday morning here with you. I cannot think of anything I'd rather do"

As I have admitted several places in my blog. As much as I use the word "Zen-Master", "Zen-Mind", "Zen-Stillness", "Zen-bla, bla, bla", I really don't have a still mind. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being a "Zen Master", I could have to honestly give myself a "2".

The exception being, for me, Sunday Morning.

Sunday morning is my own special time for my mind and body to stop, take a breath, relax, and be in the moment. Although it took a long time to get here, I'm comfortable being in a relationship or by myself, and I find that time to be the ultimate relaxation time for me.

Sunday morning is my domain, my place of peace, my gift from my own psyche, my own space where time stands still, and I am truly living in the moment.

Even in the silence of Sunday morning, for sure I will get hungry at some point, and if I am with a lady so will she, and I have no problem whipping up something like Blueberry Pancakes with Lemon Zest, with other "breakfast stuff".

To see my gluten free pancake recipes go here

3/4 cup (95 grams) organic all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (90 grams) organic whole wheat flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

2 Tbsp. Ultimate Sweetener Birch Tree Xylitol (my current sweetener of choice) my list of sweeteners to avoid here

Zest of 1 organic lemon

1/2/tsp. Pink Himalayan Salt, AVOID TABLE SALT!!!

2 Tsp. Unrefined Organic Coconut Oil
AVOID CANOLA OIL, IT'S POISON, read my
evaluation of all oils here

1 Pasture Raised Egg

1 cup grass fed milk (AVOID CONVENTIONAL DAIRY!!!!)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

8 ounces (225 grams) fresh blueberries

Coconut Oil or Grass Fed Butter to grease skillet or griddle

AVOID CONVENTIONAL SYRUPS!!!! The only syrup out on the market that is fit for "healty eating" in my opinion is real naturally processed Maple Syrup. Even the highly touted Agave Syrup is worse than high fructose corn syrup.

See Video above for instructions (her recipe is different from mine, but the same procedure)

The whole concept of "other breakfast stuff" is basically that, especially if I have a lady laying in bed, I didn't want to think too hard or spend too much time in the kitchen. I may just have to go with whatever is available in the fridge

The best spontaneous creation is fresh organic fruit, and with that, it's all about "style points".

Also I am a big egg fan, so I will just scramble up a communal mess of eggs (IN COCONUT OIL only) and place them in a bowl, maybe with a parsley garnish. AS MENTIONED ABOVE, COOK WITH UNREFINED COCONUT OIL ONLY. IT'S NOT THE FAT FROM EGGS OR HEALTHY OILS THAT MAKES YOU FAT, BUT THE FAT FROM OILS THAT THE BODY IS NOT DESIGNED TO PROCESS (LIKE CANOLA) THAT MAKES YOU FAT

Also, I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I love that morning coffee smell, I just make sure I add only real raw honey and sometimes pasture raised cream or half and half

It occurred to me last Sunday morning, when I woke up by myself, alone in my bed, as the "romance pendulum" in my life now has swung to the "single side", that the true essence of this time of day has nothing to do with whether a woman is around or not. No doubt, the pendulum will swing back the other way, and I will for sure wake up, just like now, but with some lovely lady, snuggled up under my 1400 thread count sheets.

But now, I have a better understand of life's "unspoken side". And when the "romance dance" comes around for me again, as destiny tells me it must, I know I am in a great spiritual place to appreciate it at perhaps its highest level, so far as relationships are concerned. But even then, I already know that that ultimate peace that I found on Sunday Mornings decades ago was already within me, it was a "free gift" from that thing some of us call "god", and I can share it or enjoy it alone, but for sure I know it always will be there.........every Sunday Morning
