Damn, I was planning the sequel to The Art of Tea (Part 1), six months after I finished Part 1, but now, it’s 3 1/2 years later….so many articles in my head, so little time 🙂

But that’s works for me, I’m no longer just an “egghead” wellness blogger, I’m an artist now {chuckle}.
…and I know what my small but loyal “Cult Following” in Cyber-Space wants, great visuals (one fan called my photos “Gut Wrenching”, hope that ‘s a good thing 🙂 ), and some practical health info….
[below] Okay, everybody that knows me knows I don’t accept Christmas presents, but if you really have to disobey me and get me something, get me a cool, cast iron, “smoothed out”, Modern Man’s, Machismo tea set like this one, OK? 🙂
Besides, 3 1/2 years ago, I was still into coffee, with some occasional cheap tea bags, but now I’m so deep into real, quality loose leaf tea, I may as well be British….
….like if I was diffusing a time bomb at 10am, I have to drop it for my “Morning Tea”.

Tea lovers, you gotta check out Rooibos South African Red Tea, it is beyond incredible. Even if you’re not a tea lover yet, try it cold, with coconut water. It gives me the greatest “vibration”.
….anyhooz, here is “The Art of Tea” (Part 2), enjoy the browse, and try Coconut Palm Sugar!!

…….and of course, I can’t forget namesake SoundTrack for my “Cyber Tea House”, from my boy Michael Franks. Don’t ask me why Mike is one of my top 2 or 3 favorite artists, I’m not sure myself….but man, when I’m drinking my Sunday Rooibos Tea, listening to my Michael Franks random 120 song playlist, I’m like soooooo in “the zone” 🙂
