Not sure why more adults don't break out those "house guests never saw it coming" Popsicles at backyard barbecues and such, really the simplest thing in the world. All you have to do is…….
1. Mix ingredients in blender
2. Pour into molds, preferably stainless steel
3. insert sticks when halfway frozen
4. Watch adults turn into kids again when you break them out after dinner
(I remember once asking guests "who wants red?" one 50 year old guest raised her hand and said,
"ME, ME, ME!!!"…….funny 🙂 )
…….my "guilt free" healthy sweeteners of choice are
UMF Manuka Honey
(mixes well in blender)
Coconut Palm Sugar
(perfect substitute for processed sugar in most of these recipes)

Michael Franks – "Popsicle Toes"
You know how I sling it on my blog, any excuse to play one of my favorite songs.
Although "Popsicle Toes" was on his first album "The Art of Tea", long before his sound got that soulful groove, I still love "kid at heart" playfulness of the track, with his never ending adult innuendos underneath.
(Michael Franks and me are both "Kids at Heart", one day I guess we'll grow up, though I hate grown ups 🙂 ).
Found this on YouTube, check it out if so inclined, otherwise thanks for stopping by.
