But, before I take your order, let me give you a brief sentence on why I love tea, and why you might start to as well……………..
Here at "The Art of Tea", we serve amazing teas, both hot and cold……
Most people forget, but it makes sense if you look at loose leaf tea outside of a tea bag, tea is technically an herb.
With that assumption, tea can be infused into many delicious drinks, and also can give one much power to affect one's own biochemistry, as in perk you up, or smooth out your stress after a hard days work, and so forth.
Of course, it's all a process of learning more about which teas affect the biochemistry in certain ways, it's part experimentation, part science……..and part "The Art of Tea"
Here at "The Art of Tea" Cyber Tea House, we have no refined sugars.
Any tea selection can be sweetened with several choices of real wild raw honey, or my current fav, The Mineral rich, very healthy Coconut Palm Sugar, or a quality stevia of you can find a non bogus one (with no additives like maltodextrin). The list of sweeteners I avoid an be found here.
I am always on the quest more more quality natural sweeteners, and will add them to my menu as I discover them
The menu at "The Art of Tea" Cyber Tea House changes from day to day…..
For example, I may see some strange but tasty looking berries at a farmers market, and chooose to add them to a lemonade, infused with an interesting tea I ran across in my last trip to the British Virgin Islands.
A spontaneous creation, on ice, setting the vive of a cool tropical refreshing afternoon……and a dash of Jamaican rum if you so desire.

………plus I like to make my guests spontaneous creations, and always try new and interesting combos as I learn more about the heating and cooling effects of certain herbs and teas on the psyche
So, thanks for stopping by "The Art of Tea". Sit back, relax, take a moment to be in the moment with a soothing tea, or refreshing tea infused cool drink. This moment in time will never be here again, so enjoy it for what it is 🙂
