Hi Doug, I found you from Whole New Mom's Traditional Tuesdays. I love your posts on the Superfoods! Very helpful and informative, thank you! My question on the superfruits like Goji, Acai and Mangosteen is how much of these juices one should consume on a daily basis to experience their benefits. I'd love to utilize them more in my daily diet, but they are so expensive! I want to invest in our health, but it would be helpful to know what is a minimum suggested daily intake for optimal benefit.

You’re right, Genesis today is super expensive, but they are great products. When I use the liquid Genesis today Goji Acai and Mangosteen, I only use a tablespoon a day. I often take a couple of months off of them because they are so expensive. When I take a month or two off, then I use regular dried goji berries. I think if you are consistent for a about a half year with something like this, you can then slack off a bot. I wouldn’t recommend finding a cheap product to save money however, because many of the acai, goji, and mangosteen products are low quality. As a matter of fact, some of low grade products are expensive because of the hype. That’s why I stick with Genesis Today. I would also not recomment buying a product that is mixed with anything else.

Thank you! I'm going to give the Genesis Today a try.

Really good products, but expensive 🙁
