REMEMBER!!  Bad skin is often a result of imbalances deep within the body, often provoked by what we eat (or don't eat). Bad skin is usually the result or the body's natural process of pushing excessive toxins to the surface.

You also have to work from the inside out for good skin. To get more info on this subject, check out my article….

Loving the site !

Thanks Krisklb,

That type of “Accolade” trickles into my comments page once every two months or so, and it is always a thrill to get a compliment. I’m not for profit, and these comments are my only payment.

Thanks for reading and commenting

Hi Krisklb,

Well Welcome Back!!!

I’m deep into “The Art of The Blog” now.

And though it will always be a multi-cultural blog, I’m totally comfortable now with having “my people” presented in the forefront of the blog. What the world needs is more positive Black Images, in my humble opinion.

….though I’m still going to be slipping in some health science on you when you’re distracted by all those photos 🙂

Love the heath and science stuff! A great balance! Gonna try One of the recipes this weekend.

Hi Krisklb,

Yeah it’s balanced to everything that is in my head … not saying everything in my head is balanced 🙂 Including all my favorite songs, whether anybody else plays them or not. I get complaints about some of my “Risque” women’s pics, but I gotta be true to me. It does seem those women pics are women’s biggest “motivator” to hit the gym though, from what they tell me…….

The whole site became what it became, because I was so paranoid of having a boring, overly scientific website. Now it’s just a great way to express myself, and get that “egghead” science out of me at the same time.

… but this is the internet/social media age, the web experience should a fun browse, a visual and sensory experience, even if you’re giving important technical information. Everything is about packaging!
