“The Art of Tea” (Part 2) : “Plen-Tea” of Style Points

Damn, I was planning the sequel to The Art of Tea (Part 1), six months after I finished Part 1, but now, it's 3 1/2 years later….so many articles in my head, so little time 🙂

[below] Cranberry Spiced Tea (featuring my Fav' African Red Rooibos, many health benefits, to Rooibos!!), click photo for recipe

But that's works for me, I'm no longer just an "egghead" wellness blogger, I'm an artist now {chuckle}.

…and I know what my small but loyal "Cult Following" in Cyber-Space wants, great visuals (one fan called my photos "Gut Wrenching", hope that 's a good thing 🙂 ), and some practical health info….

[below] Okay, everybody that knows me knows I don't accept Christmas presents, but if you really have to disobey me and get me something, get me a cool, cast iron, "smoothed out", Modern Man's, Machismo tea set like this one, OK? 🙂

Besides,  3 1/2 years ago, I was still into coffee, with some occasional cheap tea bags, but now I'm so deep into real, quality loose leaf tea, I may as well be British….

….like if I was diffusing a time bomb at 10am, I have to drop it for my "Morning Tea".

Tea lovers, you gotta check out Rooibos South African Red Tea, it is beyond incredible. Even if you're not a tea lover yet, try it cold, with coconut water. It gives me the greatest "vibration".

….anyhooz, here is "The Art of Tea" (Part 2), enjoy the browse, and try Coconut Palm Sugar!!

[below]  Rooibos Peach Tea Punch:  A great way to get into the AWESOME  Rooibos South African Red Tea, is to try Rooibos cold. You an do this recipe virgin, without the Vodka, though I'll add a "hint" of Caribbean Rum. (click photo for recipe)

[below]  Green Tea Latte:  Avoid conventional dairy at all costs, and find grass fed dairy, or full fat coconut milk
(click photo for recipe)

[below]  Rooibos Spiced Pumpkin Latte Tea:  I'm addicted to Rooibos South African Red Tea, it actually makes me hear music better, make me laugh and dance around the house more, it gives an "eerily" wonderful sense of well being. (click photo for recipe)

[below]  Next time I wake up next to a warm hearted girl on Sunday Morning who loves tea, this is what she is going to see on the night stand. Don't give me any accolades though, because I'm confessing in advance I'm going to act like it was an original idea 🙂

[below]  Rooibos "Berry Blast" Iced Tea:  I'm obsessed with Rooibos Tea, has a better nutrient profile than Green Tea in my opinion and many health benefits. I'd recommend Rooibos Rocks (click photo below for recipe, 3rd recipe down)

[below]  You ever see something where you don't now what the hell it is, but it's so sharp, you say, "I gotta have that for my house" !!!

[below]  Maple Ginger "Hot Toddy"   (click photo for recipe)

[below] That's sharp……

[below]  Green Tea Frappuccino:  Recipe says use real maple syrup or sweetener of choice, I'd use Manuka Honey
(click photo for recipe)

[below] Not my style, but too sharp of an "Art of Tea" photo not to post [photo source, with more photos]

Below: Cool little "The Art of Tea" video, from my article on  The Wiesergut Hotel , Austria
(not in English, but tea lovers will feel it just the same  )

…….and of course, I can't forget namesake SoundTrack for my "Cyber Tea House", from my boy Michael Franks. Don't ask me why Mike is one of my top 2 or 3 favorite artists, I'm not sure myself….but man, when I'm drinking my Sunday Rooibos Tea, listening to my Michael Franks random 120 song playlist, I'm like soooooo in "the zone" 🙂
