Food for Thought: “A Brand New Ending” (….. a.k.a., “the most inspiring 5 minutes I ever spent on the Internet” !!!)

No exaggeration, my most inspiring 5 minutes on the internet…….

I heard this amazing 5 minute video by one who calls himself Prince Ea, and I'm still "intoxicated" by his words, Prince Ea is a poet, rapper, humanitarian, an amongst other things, an Anthropology Major who graduated at the top of his class (..the kid kinda reminds me of me ūüôā ).

Nothing touches everyone, but everything in my blog is what inspires me, and is closest to my soul.
Well done Prince Ea!!!.

Check the video at the bottom, I have a few quotes from the 5 minute video in this post…..

"It is not death that most people are afraid of, it is getting to the end of life, only to realize, you never truly lived"

"What is your dream, what ignites that spark?"

"What invention do you have buried in your mind?

"What idea? What cure? What skill do you have to bring out to this Universe ?"

"Will you struggle? Yeah. No way around it, you will fall many times….but whose counting?"

"Struggle and Criticisms are prerequisites for greatness, that is the law of this universe, and no one escapes it"

"You better get the shot off before the clock runs down, cause there ain't no 'Overtime'…..in life"

"If you don't use your gift, you sell not only yourself, but the whole world short"

"Grab that microphone and be brave….sing your heart out on life's stage"

"You cannot go back and make a brand new beginning, but you can start now, and make "A Brand New Ending"
–Prince Ea

Prince Ea is a man of deep wisdom and knows how to communicate it. I have to agree, the inspiration he offers is superb. We should all take it to heart and then begin giving back to the world. Do you know if he has any other offerings besides this eloquent video? What a guy!

All I can say is BIG WOW! Prince Ea is one of those amazing avatars that are appearing on our planet right now. It's so amazing that using the rapper/hip-hop venue can bridge so many perceived gaps between humanity and reach a universal audience. Love is the final answer to all our questions; he embodies that truth and humbly displays it to the world through the magic of the Internet.

I've now watched several of his videos and am so happy to know he is out there touching so many lives. Thank you for posting his video and spreading the good news. If you haven't seen this interview, I highly recommend it. It's 45 minutes and well worth it.

High-profile enlightened individuals like Prince Ea are helping change the world by inspiring people to come closer to who they really are, thereby transforming the mass consciousness and in turn, the world.

Hi Bobbi,

So well said.¬† I love it when people, including myself, go against the grain of how we are expected to operate and communicate¬† in this world. Expectations so often based on culture or skin color. I can see into Prince Ea’s personality very well, cause its is so similar to my own (except I can’t rap¬† LOL!!), in that we refuse to let negative influences allow us to respond to the world around us in a¬† negative way. The beauty is that when you have that awakening, you will run across hundreds of people with the like mindset, and perhaps hundreds more who “want to” have that mindset, and when they see you operating on that higher vibration, they feel more comfortable “coming out”, so to speak.

The only other note I want to make to my young brothers out there, is don’t let societal influences define what is “Manhood” to you. Go inside yourself and define your own Manhood. Societal influences are mostly not working in your best interest, they are working to make money off you (as in the owners of the Hip-Hop music industry making billions off spreading negative energy via music, not saying all Hip-Hop is bad, but you have to work hard to find the good in that Genre), or they are subtly trying to keep you mentally enslaved.

It takes a strong Man to express love and compassion and show emotion and still be a man of strength, because many parts of society don’t reward those kind of positive energies coming out of a Man. Societal influences that control our world and our media don’t want us to find out about our true righteous and divine selves.¬† But when you find it, nothing can stop you. WINNING YOUR INDIVIDUAL GAME IS HOW WE CHANGE THE WORLD!!! The world is nothing but a collection of individual games……….

But I’ll say in closing, I have run across so much greatness in people through all walks of life, I’ll always be optimistic about the human spirit.

OK, let me stop preaching……

Hey, preach on Mr. Doug. If you touch only one person's heart and help them to change, you've done something to make your life worthwhile. It's all about paying it forward.

Thanks Bobbi,

I’m checking out the Prince Ea interview you posted and trying to work at the same time. You’re definitely right in that its well worth the 45 minutes. I like the brother doing the interview as well. He seems so “Zen”. Always good to run across new people and new stuff to share in my blog and learn a¬† thing or two myself!!!
