"Number 4. Coconut Oil –  . . .cures jock itch.

Yesss. It's the only thing that works for me. I have used it for 10 years, but I have not shared it until now.

I used to use Olive Oil for salads.  I now use fresh lemons as my only dressing.  I use coconut oil for everything else (suntan lotion, hair, skin). I do not fry food when I cook, so the coconut oil is used as a substitute for butter.

Yeah that Coconut Oil is some amazing stuff. And olive oil is pretty underrated, I suppose because people still equate all oils with being fattening, which is a myth.

Out of all these superfoods, which do you think help most for men with low testosterone and low sex drive as they approach 50.  This man smokes and has a history of drug use, so his body is probably depleted of all sorts of vitamins and minerals.  But if he would pick one of these to add to his diet, which would it be?

A good and very fair question worth me taking the to sit an think.

I would have to look at this in terms of my own experience, as I said on the first page of the article, my erections were gone at age 49 an now back at age 54.

I’ll give you my answer in a second, but let me say that I don’t think any of the the foods increases testosterone levels by itself, I think for me it was a combination of everything I was doing that got my body back revved up (noting that I don’t think I ever had “Low T”)

That Being Said if I had to recommend one to men, it would have to be Black Sesame Seeds, only saying that because it seems this one has the most nutrients that directly affect prostate health and subsequently “probably” helps with getting that testosterone back in balance.

However, I think a couple on my Top Prostate Health Superfoods (Part 1) are equally important. The link for that article is here
