My Top 10 Things to Remove From Your Diet (For a Healthier You!!!)

Welcome 2015!!! I wanted to put this Top 10 list together for anyone ready to get that "New You" going, to take back your health and wellness, but may need a little direction in where to start…I got you covered 🙂

I'm not cutting and pasting off the web here, this list is the culmination of the things I have taken out of my diet during my wellness journey, and I am always feeling great and never sick, and although I was always slim with no weight issues, my waist is the same size as 30 years ago (and trust me, I LIKE TO EAT!!!).

So, GOOD LUCK, be patient, Rome wasn't built in a day, do the best you can, don't beat yourself up over "slip ups", and one day in 2015, you will notice your clothes fitting better, skin clearer, compliments from friends, sleeping better, and that will be motivation to keep you going…..

If you take the first step, the universe will direct you to the information you need to make a healthier you in 2015!!! 🙂

Great list incusive of no Canola and hemp Protein. Liked all your manuka info which is what got me into your site and have cruised through a lot. Despite being a decade older and married with kids, totally resonate with your thoughts and like the focus on health …..inclusive of Fo-Ti. Am now into Pea protein in AM pond scum which is BOKU and herb based plus a hemp, chia, buckwheat cereal concoction and a tendency away from processed carbs and sugars.

So your inspiration is greatly appreciated. Here's to your wellness!
