My Top 10 Prostate Health Superfoods (Part 2)

Quick notes: This list is just as important as Prostate Health Superfoods (Part 1), these are the result of additional research and dietary additions over the past couple of years……

…also, remember these are not "magic bullets", in that, it is not about eating a handful of berries and healing cancer. They are an arsenal of preventative care nutrients that your allow your body's immune system to fight disease.

Hey Damitha,

Thanks for the wonder comment from the other side of the world. ( I almost typed “From Ceylon” by accident {chuckle} )

But yeah, I’m not in this thing for money, it’s just a passion I believe I was called on to do, since I’m such a good researcher. The say we do that which we are. Just want to have a place for people to go to have an unbiased opinion on a few things that might affect one’s health and wellness, and have a un web experience while they are here, with cool photos and all that . The heavenly powers gave me the gift of perfect health all my life in return for my work, I’m convinced,, so in the end, it is a great arrangement.

Hopefully, other things I’m working on outside the realm of health an wellness will make me some money LOL!!
