Home Cookin’ !!! Fresh Clean Salads, in a modern Hong Kong Crib ………”I just Got To Have Ya”

On the Menu:
Fresh Green Apple Salad
Fresh Radish and Watercress
Fresh Heirloom Tomato and Onion Salad

When I saw this crib situated in a lush forest in Hong Kong, it didn't say "Asia" to me. You could drop this open, airy, modern crib anywhere on the planet, and it would say "Fresh and Clean".

Imagine pulling some "fresh and clean" veggies from the garden behind the kitchen of this crib for some colorful vibrant salads.

……..sigh 🙂

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": a mix of 2/3 organic olive oil and 1/3 Organic Apple Cider Vinegar makes a quick healthy dressing. Always stick with olive oil, and avoid canola oil, its poison

The Healthy Chef's "healthy morsel": With organic ingredients, this recipe is perfect as is.  A mix of 2/3 organic olive oil and 1/3 Coconut Vinegar, which is said to be healthier than Apple Cider Vinegar,  makes a quick healthy dressing.

……about the crib

By Architects "Original Vision" in Asia, Casa Bosques is indeed the ‘house in the forest’. The driveway immediately sets the tone with the forest canopy unfolding as one approaches.

These mature trees are the principal feature to which every living space, both indoors and out, refer to. It is the ever-present greenness that makes Casa Bosques special.

The main internal volume relates and interacts directly with the various outdoor elements.

Sliding glass doors, retractable awnings, folding fence walls, the swimming pool and an abundance of foliage all work together to create a rich and changeable family of spaces and functions that blur the line between the indoors and the garden and the forest beyond.
