My Top 10 Fats That Don’t Make You Fat

a.k.a., My Top 10 Healthy Fats

The day you make peace with fats and understand them, is the day you are free to eat healthy, but eat the "real foods" that you love!!!

I eat a lot of fat, I mean a lot, well over a hundred grams a day, and I am convinced that fats from healthy sources will not make you fat, It is these "newfangled" oils  (like Canola),  and fats from animals not allowed to eat their natural diet, they are the real culprits to unwanted weight gain.

When you get rid of ALL of the "bad fats" (like Canola and margarine), and liberally eat the good ones, you will find you won't gain weight, and probably will will slim down. Forget the arguments and scientific studies, let your body be the laboratory of proof.

 

DON'T EAT FAT FREE.   BE FREE TO EAT HEALTHY FATS!!!!

You can eat fat and you will not get fat from it. For this, you have to choose healthy fat because not all fats are created equal and you want to make sure that the majority of your fat consumption is in the form of healthy fats. You can eat saturated fat, this is healthy and good for your health.

Well said, well said!!!!! I was doing some research on a guy who was investigating diets in the George Washington era of the late 1700, and he said often their diet was 70% fat and they had none of out modern diseases. He said the main diseases they were dying of were Tuberculosis, Fever, and the like, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and so forth were not even on the list. Of course they were plowing the fields all day and very active….
