The concept that fast food tastes better is an illusion. By using quality ingredients, healthy foods simply blow away fast foods, as far as taste is concerned.
The human body, with proper nutrition, can slow down, and arguably reverse the aging process.

I personally don't think you force yourself into any eating style. I found that the body will start to speak to you, and you will both add and eliminate foods, without compromising the joy of eating for the joy of health. You can have both!!! (And enjoy food even more as you progress)

A bold statment this.....but I am convinced that nature has provided the mechanism for cancer prevention, and it is quite easy to attain and implement into your diet.
....look for my first of many articles on cancer. I propose that cancer is nothing but a nutrient deficiency.

How is one to get started in making changes?
Perhaps one way might be to make the decision to experiment with a few dietary and lifestyle changes, and observe the results.
....positive results will provoke more changes and more investigation.
Obviously, wellness is not all about food.
Of greater importance is the need to "re-calibrate" our thinking and reconnect with our inner spirits, in order to experience happier healthier, more fulfilled lives.
I'm introducing a technique called called 'Flip the Script'.
This art is the ability to take the recipe for a food that has been known to be unhealthy, and via changing certain ingredients, 'flip' the recipe into not only a very healthy, but even more tasty experience.
